Core Values.

Productivity. Productivity is defined in our core values as “higher efficiency with which a we can transform resources into professional services.” We work hard and get things done.

Service. Service is defined in our core values as “taking action to create value for someone else.” Creating value is not what we do, it is the benefit, the experience, and the value that we provide each one of our clients.

Community. Community is defined in our core values as “a group of people with diverse characteristics who are linked by social ties, share common perspectives, and engage in joint action in geographical locations or settings.” We seek to maximize community participation of the people we serve. There is strength in diversity and we value those natural individual differences such as culture, religion, personality, and disability that both challenge us and make each of us unique. We focus on bringing out the best in each person, and respecting unique talents, interests, and values of our clients. We build on people’s strengths.

Transparency. Transparency is defined in our core values as “open communication between team members.” It is essential to us because it enables our team (including you) to work effectively together, to be able to be vulnerable, to speak their minds, and to hold each other accountable for their actions.
